How long until my store is live?

Can my store be in Arabic?

Yes. Your store can accept Visa, Apple Pay and mobile wallets, all through Paymob.
Can I use my own domain, like mybrand.com?
Yes. Once your store is live, you can connect your own domain yourself.
When do I start paying?
When your trial ends. Your trial runs on our top plan; we remind you by email before it ends, and you can keep it or switch to any other plan. Then you pay your first monthly invoice. Every invoice is in your dashboard to view and download.
How do I pay?
By Instapay, from your dashboard. With Instapay, transfer the amount, tap “Pay with Instapay” on your invoice and send us the screenshot. We confirm it and you get a receipt.
What if a payment is late?
You get a reminder, then a 3-day grace period. After that your store is paused until you pay, and it comes back as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, from your dashboard. The new plan starts at your next renewal, so you're never charged twice in one month.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Message us and we'll stop your subscription, and you won't be charged again. The details are in our refund policy.
Who owns my store and my customer data?
You do. Your products, orders and customer list are yours, and you can ask us for a copy any time.
